| Yes, it's the 4th Street bridge that you can see in both images. It's closer to 4th than 1st than the map in your picture shows, though. In another shot from that video the tracks seem to curve left behind Phelps, which is odd as the tracks are actually pretty straight on both sides of the 4th Street bridge. |
